The Personal Training Log Book for Runners was developed after seeking the views of many runners and then testing a prototype on more runners. It has two pages to a week so there is plenty of space to record information about runs, cross-training,diet etc, The weeks are undated so that the Log Book can be started anytime and 53 weeks worth of pages are provided. The Log Book also contains example training plans, sections to record personal training plans, pages to record shoe usage and a host of other information.
