Ed & Phil's philosophy is build long-term relationships with retailers. As part of that process we run workshops and seminars in association with our retail customers.

Below are details of future and past events.

If you would like us to talk at an event, then please get in touch. We have a very broad range of experience from beginners (yes we can remember when we were) to ultra-endurance events. Phil is a level 2 athletics coach and Ed is a level 1 triathlon coach, but more than anything else Ed & Phil "Extraordinary ordinary runners" are qualified by experience.
